Our Story

Breezy Oaks Farmhouse, a family-friendly bed and breakfast facility, is located in a secluded setting in SOVA (Southern Virginia), 4.5 miles from Virginia International Raceway.  We have eight rooms with private or shared baths and fireplaces, we are comfort and hospitality oriented.  ur guests enjoy birdwatching and scenic views from our balcony and deck.  We gladly customize business meetings, bridal parties, weddings retreat, and other events. 

Breezy Oaks is 2 hours from Raleigh-Durham and Richmond Airports, and one hour from Greensboro. 

We also offer Massage therapy by appointment.
Our full breakfasts are served hot and vary daily.
For additional meals/catering, please reach out to Sue Graves, our personal Chef.

All major credit cards are accepted.  We offer the following discounts:
Military, US Government, Veteran, Law Enforcement, Anyone participating with SWAM or EVA.

We require the following:

For Race Weekends – please plan for a 2-night minimum stay.
It is rare that our guests cancel, however, we know that life happens.  We require at least a 48-hour cancellation notification by contacting us by phone to avoid one night’s lodging fee.
